The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the weather data, event planning features, or any other content provided by the app.

In no event shall SunDay or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, cancelled events, or personal injury due to weather) arising out of the use or inability to use the application, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Third-Party Services

This application utilizes services provided by Google (Maps, Places, Gemini AI). By using this application, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service.

6. User Data

We prioritize user privacy. Event data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data using the export functionality provided within the app. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or clearing app data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
